Privacy Policy Statement

This is the personal Web site of Cayman Islander, which is a nickname because my privacy is important as well as your privacy. I respect your privacy and I am committed to safeguarding your privacy while online at this site.

I can be reached via e-mail published in my profile, or you can reach me by phone, AIM, ICQ, MSN, IRC or Skype if you know my privacy contact information.

For each visitor of my Web page, the Web server automatically recognizes only the consumer's domain name, but not the e-mail address. I don't collect any other information about visitors of this Web page, don't aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit. The information I collect is only used to improve the content of my Web page.

Cookies

I don't set any cookies. However, some of 3rd parties use cookies on this site (for example advertisers), and I can't access or control these cookies once the advertisers have set them.

"Cookies" are data sent to your web browser from a web server (such as Google) that can uniquely identify your computer and store information about user preferences. Most web browsers will accept cookies by default, but they can be set to reject cookies, either from all websites or from specific sites. You can also manually delete cookies from your web browser. These options are generally set through a "Privacy" setting in your browser setup.

Log Files and Stats

Like most blogging platforms I use log files which store information such as internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring, exit and visited pages, platform used, date/time stamp, track user’s movement in the whole, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to any personally identifiable information.

Advertisers & Ad Servers

To try and bring you offers that are of interest to you, I have relationships with other companies that I allow to place ads on my Web pages. As a result of your visit to my site, ad server companies may collect information such as your domain type, your IP address and other information. For further information, consult the respective privacy policies of all advertising companies.

External Links

This blog contains links to other sites and I am not responsible for the privacy practices of these other sites. I suggest users to be aware of this when they leave this blog and to read the privacy statements of each and every site that collects personal information. This privacy statement applies solely to information collected by this blog.

Contact Information

If you have any questions or concerns or if you feel that this site is not following its stated information policy, please contact me immediatelly at the above address.

This privacy policy updated March 2008.

Sorry for this post but it was published because of updated Google AdSense Terms and Conditions which required this kind of "policy" message.

A né vždy děláme právě to, co bychom chtěli.

No nic, teď "musím" jít se psem, takže zase někdy...
